Vinpearl Wonderworld Phu Quoc

- Very well organised hotel, comfortable and spacious villas, beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, great kids club and pool, world class gym, great food options and 24 hour room service, lovely pool bar. Don't hesitate to book!

Enjoyed our 5 days / 4 nights stay in this hotel. It is very child friendly, and the facilities are great. The beach was clean and very well-kept. A nice beach to relax and play in the water. The villa pool and the main pool by the lobby are also very nice. The Kidz Club is also a great place to take your little ones for a play break after breakfast or before lunch. The staffs are also very responsive to our needs. The tuktuk arrives very quickly whenever we order it. Not so sure whether it is because we are coming on a not-busy season and the fact that our villa is very close to the lobby, or it is just that good. But overall, we are very satisfied with how responsive the staffs are to our needs. The villa itself is amazing and is LITERALLY HUGE! I think it is at least 100sqm by itself. Very spacious, very grand, and comfortable. We really enjoy the villa and the amenities provided. Vinwonders is literally < 5 minutes from the property. You can walk there, but there will always be a bus or a tuktuk that can send you there. Vin Safari is also nearby although it takes a longer ride.

We had a wonderful stay at Vinpearl Wonderworld from the beginning until the end. The location was great with tuk tuk to transport within the resort and tram to Vinwonder and Grand World. We reserved a spacious and ocean view villa and totally enjoyed it. The beach was nice within walking distance from the back of the villa. The breakfast buffet was terrific with a variety of choices. The staff was polite and responsive quickly to any request. We retrieved our lost tablet with the prompt assistance from the lobby staff. Nothing else could have made it a better experience and we definitely will come back in the future.

We stayed in a 3br villas with ocean view. The villa was nice, spacious and clean. It is good that they could arrange the baby cot (free) for us (which many hotels in Vietnam don’t have this option). We had an issue with one of the staff but it was resolved quickly and the manager (male) was okay to talk to. Buffet breakfast was good, variety options but they offered same dishes for everyday (we stayed there 5 days). My kids love the kid’s indoor playroom, it is nice and clean, they used the playroom almost every day when we stayed there. They organised the airport and pick up services very well and it is free. Staff is friendly and always ready to help.

It was very clean, staff were accommodating and very helpful. The view and location was perfect for those who wants to live meters from the beach. Exceptional service in terms of driving us to and from places. Food was above average, wide selection which can cater to everyone. However, food selections for buffet should be rotated so that it doesn’t feel repetitive eating the same types of food. Also received credit during our stay which was great for those wanting to relax and enjoy in house services. Worth your money with the discount on bookings.com
